5:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Roti Making

Hand-pressing and flame-roasting fresh rotis for lunch service

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Serving (Pangat)

Serving food to the Sangat seated in rows with warmth and grace

12:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Utensil Washing

Scrubbing, drying, and organizing utensils for evening service

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
